The Cloud Cat Glass Rescue Program is our way of helping you replace a broken bong without starting from scratch.

How it works

If your bong breaks, send us a photo of the damage and we will help you with a replacement discount toward a new bong from our shop.

If a pet was involved, include a photo of them too and we will add a little extra help, because honestly… we get it.

What you receive

• Help replacing a broken bong with a one time replacement discount
• Extra support when pets are involved

How to request help

Email us at support@cloudcatstash.com with:

• Subject line: Glass Rescue Program
• Your first and last name
• Description of what happened
• A clear photo of your broken bong
• Your order email/number if it was purchased from Cloud Cat
• A pet photo if you would like the pet bonus

Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.

A few important notes:

• Available for bong replacements only
• Approval is required before a code is issued
• Replacement support is limited to 1 per customer
• Discounts do not stack with other promotions
